Online services available

Here is a list of the online services accessible since October 30, 2017.

Online service Who fills out this section?
Creation of a user account The individual, before he visits the automobile dealership.
Creation of the profile (contact information and so on) The individual, before he visits the automobile dealership.
New vehicle rebate application The automobile dealership when the transaction is completed.
An individual can submit his application online only if he did not obtain the rebate when the transaction was completed.
Used vehicle rebate application The automobile dealership when the transaction is completed.
An individual can submit his application using the PDF form only if he did not obtain the rebate when the transaction was completed.
Refund application for a home charging station Individuals

Registering for online services

Important note: even if you ask your automobile dealership to fill out the rebate application for you when you purchase your vehicle, you must first register online and entirely complete your user profile.

Steps to be completed:

If you are a new user, click on Create an account.

Fill in the fields required by the authentication system:

  • Choose your user code, which can be your email address.
  • Please note that the first name and last name must be identical to those that appear on your social insurance card.

Step 1
An email is sent to the address that you indicated. It contains a hypertext link on which you must click to confirm the activation of your account.

Step 2
Click on Connect and enter your user code (or email address) and password.
You will then access for the first time the online services of the Drive Electric Program. You must now fill out your profile.

Step 3
Under type of profile, select "Individual".

Step 4
Provide all of the information required (address and so on) and accept the conditions of use.

Now that you have completed your profile, you can go to your automobile dealership and directly obtain the purchase or leasing rebate when the transaction is completed. You can then use the online services to monitor the processing of your application.
