As of September 29, 2021, it is no longer possible to apply for preapproval (Step 2 of the procedure) for your project. We no longer send notices of eligibility for projects.

If you have any questions about the program’s eligibility requirements, please contact our customer service.

Note: Preapproval applications submitted prior to October 4, 2021, will be processed, and a notice of eligibility will be sent.

Notice – Unusual processing times

Multi-unit building charging station rebate - We are currently receiving a large number of requests, so our wait times are abnormally long. We are now processing applications submitted in March 2021.

Since November 1, 2020, the Roulez vert government program is administered by the ministère de l'Énergie et des Ressources naturelles. The normative framework for the program approved by the board of directors of Transition énergétique Québec remains in effect.
